phase of this study will be to monitor the actual temperatures
inside a vehicle under a variety of meteorological circumstances.

Memorial Act is a petition for the state of Ohio seeking
legislative approval an amendment to section 4513.23 of
the Ohio Revised Code. It will require that all delivery
trucks and large passenger vehicles such as sports utility

mirrors or electronic sensing devises that alert drivers
of such vehicles to the presence of a small child or
